Ingredients for Poori

2 cups wheat flour

1 tbsp oil

½ tsp salt

Water to knead

Oil for frying
Ingredients for Bhaji

3–4 boiled potatoes

2 tbsp oil

1 tsp mustard seeds
-
1 onion, sliced
-
1–2 green chillies
-
Curry leaves
-
¼ tsp turmeric
-
Salt to taste

Lemon & coriander
Poori Method

Mix flour, oil and salt.

Add water and knead into a firm dough.

Rest for 10 minutes.

Roll small discs and deep-fry until puffed and golden.
Bhaji Method
-
Heat oil and add mustard seeds, chillies & curry leaves.

Add onions and sauté.

Add turmeric and salt.

Add mashed potatoes and mix well.

Garnish with coriander and lemon.
