Returns & Replacements

At Utkrisht Oils, we strive to ensure that every drop of oil reaches you in its purest form. Because our products are food items and highly perishable, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the hygiene and safety of all our customers.

1. Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, unless it falls under the following categories:

  • Damaged in Transit: If the bottle is broken or leaking upon arrival.

  • Wrong Item Received: If you received a different oil or a different quantity than what you ordered.

  • Quality Issues: If the oil has an off-odor or quality concern that differs from our standard "Utkrisht" promise.

2. How to Report an Issue

If you face any of the issues mentioned above, please follow these steps within 24 hours of delivery:

  1. Record Evidence: Take a clear photo or a short video of the damaged product and the outer packaging (with the shipping label visible).

  2. Contact Us: Email us at support@utkrishtoils.com or Chat with us on WhatsApp

  3. Review: Our team will review the evidence. Once approved, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost to you.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placement for a full refund.

  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

4. Refunds

If a replacement is not possible or if you choose to cancel a pre-dispatched order:

  • Mode of Refund: The refund will be processed to the original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Card).

  • Timeline: Once initiated, the refund usually reflects in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

  • The package is refused by the recipient at the time of delivery.

  • The product has been opened and used (unless there is a verified quality defect).

  • Requests made after 24 hours of the delivery timestamp.

6. Nature of Wood-Pressed Oils (Important Note)

Please note that wood-pressed oils are unrefined. It is natural for the oil to:

  • Appear slightly cloudy or have minor sediments at the bottom (these are nutrient-rich seed particles).

  • Vary slightly in color or aroma between batches due to seasonal changes in raw seeds. These are not signs of a defect, but rather proof of the oil's purity and lack of chemical processing.
