Oil is heavy and prone to leakage if handled roughly. We use industrial-grade, leak-proof sealing and multi-layer cushioning (corrugated boxes and eco-friendly fillers) to ensure your bottles reach you in perfect condition.
Because oil is a heavy commodity, shipping costs are calculated based on weight.

We take full responsibility for the transit. In the rare event of a leak or breakage:
Step 1: Do not accept the package if it is visibly leaking or the outer box is heavily soaked.
Step 2: If you discover damage after opening, take a clear photo/video of the bottle and the invoice.
